Preamble
MONOLITH LABS LTD (the "Company", "we", or "us") operates the OPINCUR HUB application (the "Application"). These Content and Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") govern the conduct of all users within the OPINCUR ecosystem and set out the standards the Company expects of every participant.
These Guidelines form an inseparable part of the OPINCUR HUB Legal Framework and must be read alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Guidelines have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
The OPINCUR HUB community is built on a foundation of genuine participation and mutual respect. The Company reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Article 1. The Nickname — Your Identity in the Ecosystem
1.1. Nickname as Permanent Identifier. Your nickname is your sole public identity within the OPINCUR ecosystem. It serves simultaneously as your unique display name and as your personal referral code. It is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. Choose it carefully.
1.2. Nickname Standards. Your chosen nickname must not contain or constitute any of the following:
- The name, brand, trademark, or identifier of any real person, public figure, company, or organisation without their express authorisation — including but not limited to "Monolith", "Opincur", "Opindex", or any variation of the Company's brands.
- Obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit language or references of any kind.
- Any slur, discriminatory term, or language targeting any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Any term designed to impersonate another user, the Company, or any member of the Company's team.
- Any URL, domain name, or reference to an external platform or service.
- Any sequence of characters designed to circumvent automated moderation systems.
1.3. Enforcement. The Company reserves the right to permanently suspend any account whose nickname violates these Guidelines, without prior notice and without liability. A suspended account's CIO Points balance will be permanently voided.
Article 2. The Community Network — How It Works
2.1. Referral Requirement. Registration within the Application requires a valid invite code provided by an existing ecosystem participant. Every new user must register under an existing participant — you cannot join the ecosystem without being invited by someone who is already part of it. This is by design: the network is built on real human connections, not anonymous mass registration.
2.2. Five-Tier Structure. The community network operates across five tiers. You earn CIO Points based on the eligible activity of participants within your network up to five generations deep. This structure is a social gamification mechanic designed to reward genuine community building.
2.3. What the Network Is. The referral network exists to make participation more engaging by connecting you with people you know. It is a loyalty and community engagement mechanic — nothing more.
2.4. What the Network Is Not. The referral network is not a financial investment scheme, multi-level marketing arrangement, or any structure designed to generate monetary income. CIO Points accumulated through network activity have no fiat monetary value and no guaranteed exchangeability. No participant should join the ecosystem with the expectation of financial return.
Article 3. CIO Points Transfers — Social Tips
3.1. P2P Transfer Functionality. Users may transfer CIO Points to any other user by entering their nickname. This functionality exists as a social gesture — a way to recognise and appreciate another participant's contribution to the community.
3.2. Nature of Transfers. All CIO Points transfers are voluntary, gratuitous, and final. They cannot be reversed, disputed, or recovered once confirmed. The Company bears no liability for mistaken transfers.
3.3. Prohibited Transfer Conduct. The following uses of the P2P transfer functionality are strictly prohibited:
- Transferring CIO Points as payment for any real-world goods, services, or obligations of any kind.
- Exchanging CIO Points for fiat currency or cryptocurrency through any channel, arrangement, or agreement outside the Application.
- Using transfers to coordinate any form of organised manipulation of the CIO Points distribution within the ecosystem.
- Soliciting, pressuring, or coercing any other user into transferring CIO Points.
3.4. Consequences. Violation of Section 3.3 constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and will result in permanent account suspension and permanent voiding of the offending account's CIO Points balance.
Article 4. Prohibited Conduct — Ecosystem Integrity
4.1. Anti-Sybil Policy. The following conduct constitutes a Sybil attack and is strictly prohibited:
- Creating more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
- Creating accounts using false, fictitious, or borrowed identities for the purpose of accumulating CIO Points across multiple accounts.
- Inviting fake, bot-operated, or non-genuine participants into your referral network for the purpose of artificially inflating CIO Points accrual.
4.2. Automation Prohibition. The use of bots, automated scripts, autoclickers, emulators, or any other automated tool to simulate human activity within the Application, accrue CIO Points artificially, or manipulate any ecosystem metric is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Exploit Use. Any attempt to identify, exploit, or benefit from technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or unintended behaviours within the Application or its CIO Points mechanics is strictly prohibited and must be reported to info@monolithlabs.uk immediately upon discovery.
4.4. Account Trading. The sale, purchase, transfer, rental, or gifting of any OPINCUR HUB account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
4.5. Network Branch Responsibility. You accept personal responsibility for the integrity of your community network. Where the Company detects Sybil activity, bot use, or coordinated manipulation within any branch of your referral network, the Company reserves the right to suspend and permanently void the CIO Points of all accounts within the affected branch, including your own, without prior notice and without liability.
Article 5. Sanctions and Prohibited Jurisdictions
5.1. By participating in the OPINCUR ecosystem, you represent and warrant on a continuing basis that you are not located in, resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the UK (OFSI), USA (OFAC), EU, or UN, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions register.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend any account it reasonably suspects of sanctions non-compliance, without prior notice and without liability.
Article 6. Reporting Violations
6.1. If you become aware of any violation of these Guidelines — including Sybil attacks, account trading, or prohibited transfer conduct — you are encouraged to report it to the Company at info@monolithlabs.uk.
6.2. Reports are reviewed in good faith. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or response time in respect of any report received.
6.3. Making false or malicious reports against other users constitutes a violation of these Guidelines and may result in suspension of the reporting account.
Article 7. Enforcement and Consequences
7.1. The Company reserves the absolute right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of violating these Guidelines or the Terms of Service, at any time and without prior notice.
7.2. Upon finding a violation, the Company may take any of the following actions at its sole discretion: issue a formal warning; temporarily suspend the account; permanently suspend and delete the account; permanently void the account's entire CIO Points balance; and report conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where the violation constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence.
7.3. All enforcement decisions are final. The Company is not obliged to provide reasons for any enforcement action taken.
7.4. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit a written challenge to info@monolithlabs.uk within thirty (30) days of the suspension. The Company will review such challenges in good faith and respond within fifteen (15) business days. This review process does not constitute a legal appeal mechanism and the Company's decision following review is final.
Article 8. Updates to These Guidelines
The Company reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in the Application's features, applicable law, or community standards. Material changes will be communicated via an in-application notification in accordance with the Terms of Service. The Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any amendments. Continued use of the Application following notification of any material change constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Guidelines.
